High quality FALLOW & MUNTJAC DEER venison that has been cold smoked and sealed in vacuum fresh packaging that is biodegradable & compostable then Frozen so it’s ready when you are.

If you like flavour in your steak this is going to be a treat for you. We cold smoke the cuts with rich wood flavours for at least 5 hours then vacuum package as normal to seal the Smokey goodness in. Pan sear and serve as normal for steaks.
