High quality HARE sealed in vacuum fresh packaging that is biodegradable & compostable. This will provide you with 1 whole hare butchered and ready to go which includes:

• 2 x shoulder on the bone
• 2 x haunch on the bone
• 2 x fillets
• 1 x carcass (use for cooking stock, broth and gravies)

These hare have been culled as part of land management where they are locally abundant.
