High quality HARE sealed in vacuum fresh packaging that is biodegradable & compostable. This will provide you with 1 whole hare butchered and ready to go which includes:

• 2 x shoulder on the bone
• 2 x haunch on the bone
• 2 x fillets
• 1 x carcass (use for cooking stock, broth and gravies)

These hare have been culled as part of land management where they are locally abundant.

NEXT HARE DELIVERY WILL BE 8th OCTOBER. Orders will be fulfilled in order taken (first come first served).
