These slow-roast favourites are ideal for the pressure cooker, pot roast, stews, or any long, gentle cook.

All cuts are vacuum-sealed in biodegradable and compostable packaging, and beautifully presented in a compostable cardboard box.

Our primary supply for the Slow Box comes from fallow deer. When stock is low, we may substitute with muntjac, roe, or sika — all mild, high-quality meats that are great for beginners.
You will never receive red deer as a substitute unless you’ve approved it beforehand, as red has a looser grain and a stronger game flavour.
