High quality MUNTJAC DEER venison sealed in vacuum fresh packaging that is biodegradable & compostable. This will provide you with 1 whole muntjac butchered and ready to go.

Depending on the where the muntjac deer was shot you will get a mixture of:

• Neck
• Shoulder
• Fillet
• Haunch
• Hocks

As Muntjac is very small, you may not get every cut every time due to shot damage, this will normally be the shoulder or the neck which are the cheaper cuts on the deer. You are guaranteed a minimum of 3kg of Venison in every box although sometimes it may be slightly over this amount.

Muntjac Deer are a smaller deer species and the meat is tender and mild in flavour. This meat is perfect for game lovers and those who like their game to be mild and delicate.

Muntjac is also a non native invasive species in the UK so even better for the environment as a bonus.
