Premium Muntjac Venison – Sustainably Sourced from Buccleuch Woodlands Management.
Sustainably harvested from the Boughton estate, where careful woodland management is underway to protect native habitats currently under pressure from rapidly increasing muntjac numbers. These small, non-native deer are particularly abundant in the area right now, and responsible culling helps restore balance to the ecosystem while providing exceptional quality venison.
Each order contains one whole muntjac, expertly butchered and sealed in biodegradable, compostable vacuum packaging to lock in freshness.
Depending on where the muntjac was shot, your box will typically include a mixture of cuts such as:

Because muntjac are such a small deer species, not every cut will be available every time (the shoulder or neck are most likely to be affected by shot damage). However, you are guaranteed a minimum of 3kg of venison per box, often slightly more.
