High quality MUNTJAC DEER venison sealed in vacuum fresh packaging that is biodegradable & compostable. This listing is for a one off lot of 3 diifferent muntjac haunches that have been oak smoked for 8 hours prior to packaging and freezing.
Each haunch is at least 400g and is whole (includes the bone in the middle).
Perfect for a roast dinner for 2 people, just roast on the bone and remove the bone before carving. Or you can get experimental and try a salt cure or other hamming process!
Muntjac Deer are a smaller deer species and the meat is tender and mild in flavour. This meat is perfect for game lovers and those who like their game to be mild and delicate.
Muntjac is also a non native invasive species in the UK so even better for the environment as a bonus.
