- Frozen goods: £10 per order – this covers next-day courier delivery and insulated packaging to ensure your items arrive in perfect condition.
- Dry goods: £4 per order – shipped separately at a lower rate.
- Shipping Policy
- All frozen items are shipped in insulated packaging and dispatched frozen to ensure they remain within safe temperature bounds.
- Frozen shipping schedule: all frozen orders are dispatched on Tuesday (last post). This means you will receive your delivery on Wednesday via next-day courier.
- We cannot ship refrigerated items – only frozen or dry goods are available for delivery.
- Local Pick-Up (B30 2YA)
- You may choose to collect your order directly from us.
- Once your order is ready, you’ll receive a text message confirming collection availability.
- Orders must be collected within 5 days of receiving your confirmation text.
- As these are fresh goods with a limited shelf life, any items not collected in time will be discarded once they pass their use-by date. Unfortunately, no refunds will be given and you will still be charged.
