Pigeon breasts ready to cook, packaged in plastic free compostable packaging. You will get at least 300g in each packet which works out to roughly 5 or 6 breasts. Frozen when packaged and good for 1 year in the freezer without suffering freezer burn.

Once opened consume within 3 days and store in the fridge.

LIMITED OPTION: Now you can also try pigeon breasts with the skin still on. This allows a layer of protective skin to hold the moisture in when cooking. Only while stocks last.
