Great to be able to buy ethically sourced venison from a local small independent supplier who offer a great service. I have tried a number of their cuts – diced, fillet and more. Nice to have an alternative to beef mince for sauces. Venison mince is just as easy to cook with, and gives a nice game hint to a ragu. Would buy again 🙂
